Yes, Virginia, there really is an Emily! Although her official title is “Ambassador Coordinator”, we've been giving some thought to changing it to “Emily”, because every Maker's Mark Ambassador knows exactly what that means! Whenever you have a question about anything related to Maker's Mark, you can always count on Emily for a quick answer!

Chairman Emeritus. President. Attorney-at-Law. Rocket Scientist. Bill Samuels, Jr. has held many titles over the years (including a few that his wife uses when she needs him to take out the trash), but none is more important than "Ambassador-at-Large". In addition to filling Ambassador E-mail boxes with random musings (aka Bill Mail) on a semi-regular basis, Bill often leads Ambassador-tours at our distillery, and officiates at a variety of official Ambassador gatherings world-wide.
