Apricot Sage Bourbon Cocktail

- 1-1/2 parts Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
- 1/4 part Pallini Limoncella®
- Juice of 3 lemon wedges
- 1-1/2 teaspoons all-natural apricot jam
- 4 sage leaves
- Soda water
Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake very hard, and pour into a highball glass. Top with soda water.
The sage adds an incredible earthy element to this slightly dry cocktail. This is a very versatile, food-friendly cocktail.
