Apples and Bourbon

Recipe:

  • 1-3/4 parts Maker’s Mark® Bourbon infused with apples
  • 1/2 part Aperol
  • 3/4 part lemon juice
  • 1/2 part thyme honey
  • Dash maple bitters

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with thyme spring and apple slice.

Extra Notes:

This cocktail is great anytime of the year and is also very food-friendly. The apple-infused Maker’s Mark® Bourbon gives it a sweetness accented by the thyme honey.
