Ginger and cucumber flavors are a natural pairing for Maker’s Mark® Bourbon.
- 2 parts Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
- 1 part simple syrup
- 1/2 part fresh ginger juice
- 4 slices cucumber
- Dash ginger ale
- Cucumber for garnish
- Mix 4 cucumber slices with Maker’s Mark® Bourbon, simple syrup and ginger juice.
- Shake over ice.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass.
- Top with ginger ale, and garnish with scalloped cucumber slice.
