This exhibition will showcase seven dramatic installations complementing the distillery’s landscape and architecture. Nights have always been pretty at the Maker’s Mark Distillery. For a limited time, they’re absolutely breathtaking.On every Saturday night from July 22–October 7, you can enjoy the amazing art of Dale Chihuly with Chihuly Nights – a special, limited-run nighttime exhibit from 6–10 p.m. throughout the distillery grounds. As darkness descends, you’ll experience the artwork in a whole new way with the distillery’s unique landscape serving as a fascinating canvas for these unforgettable works of art.

Make the evening even more unforgettable by joining us for dinner at our new restaurant*, Star Hill Provisions. Acclaimed chef Newman Miller and his team are creating farm-to-table cuisine with a twist: each dish is chosen and prepared especially to harmonize with your favorite bourbon.

There’s never been a better time to visit the Maker’s Mark Distillery. Because now you can enjoy the amazing art of Dale Chihuly – with a limited-run special exhibition throughout the distillery grounds.

Arrive at Maker’s Mark for a late afternoon tour of the campus. Enjoy the Chihuly at Maker’s outdoor exhibit. After the tour, sit down for a communal dining experience with Maker’s Mark Chef-in-Residence Newman Miller and Chef de Cuisine Alex Dulaney. Cost is $75 and includes dinner, dessert and 2 cocktails.

Reservations are required and all participants must be 21 years of age or older. Tour starts promptly at 4:00PM.

Dinner at Chihuly NightsSaturdays (July 22 - October 7)

We've created the perfect way to complete your Chihuly Nights experience: dinner at Star Hill Provisions, our new on-site restaurant featuring the "haute Kentucky" cuisine of Chef Newman Miller. One of the region's most acclaimed young chefs, Newman and his team led by Chef de Cuisine Alex Dulaney are bringing true farm-to-table dining to our historic distillery setting, and creating imaginative food-and-bourbon pairings you can't enjoy anyplace else.

Tickets are $100 each and include admission to Chihuly Nights, a three-course communal dinner, and paired cocktails. Seatings are available at 5:30PM and 7:30PM and are limited. The menu for each dinner will vary depending on what is in season. All members of your dining party must be 21 years of age.

Dale Chihuly

Dale Chihuly, an American artist, has mastered the alluring, translucent and transparent qualities of ice, water, glass and neon to create works of art that transform the viewer experience.

He is globally renowned for his ambitious site-specific architectural installations in public spaces and exhibitions presented in museums and gardens worldwide. Born in 1941 in Washington state, Chihuly established the glass program at the Rhode Island School of Design and co-founded Pilchuck Glass School in 1971. He has received numerous awards and honorary degrees and has works of art included in over 250 museum collections.

Major exhibitions include Chihuly Over Venice (1995–96); Chihuly in the Light of Jerusalem 2000 (1999); Garden Cycle (2001–present); Chihuly at the de Young, San Francisco (2008); Chihuly: Through the Looking Glass, Boston (2011); Chihuly at the VMFA, Richmond (2012); and Chihuly, Montreal, Canada (2013). Chihuly Garden and Glass opened at Seattle Center in 2012.
