World Wood Collection is an innovative series of whiskies inspired by the global journeys of our Blenders and their exploration of whisky-making traditions and techniques around the world. Expedition 01 marks a first for Maker’s Mark: three whiskies individually finished with oak from three distinct origins - Japanese Mizunara, French oak, and American white oak - before being expertly blended together. The result is a soft, complex whisky with sweet fruit notes and a signature velvety mouthfeel.
