What we serve at Star Hill Provisions® restaurant starts here: on the very land that surrounds our distillery. We grow, raise, and source ingredients with the same care we put into every bottle.

IT’s not just fresh, it’s connected.
Regenerative farming practices on Star Hill Farm enrich soils for wheat fields and culinary gardens. Our Wagyu cattles’ rotational grazing supports our Regenified Certification and helps us nurture healthier soil.
This results in more robust and flavorful grain varieties for distilling. And our Star Hill Provisions restaurant enjoys the highest quality produce, harvested just steps away in our gardens.
Cultivated Cocktails
At Star Hill Farm, we focus on creating cocktails that utilize both cultivated and foraged ingredients. The farm’s Innovation Garden, apiary, mushroom quarry, orchards, and berry patches provide the vast majority of these ingredients.
